For the most part of this 2 years in my career as a Financial Consultant, I've been studying and following trends - and realize Im no where branding myself as how I'd like to.
People talk on camera, I talk on camera.
People edit reels and videos accordingly, I studied and did the same.
People post and polish their thoughts on AI platforms, hey me too.
And believe you me, I almost put myself in an embarrassing position, to get engagements.
If thats what it takes to get traction.
Im done.
The trend is all about being loud, and doing this job in a bigger and larger scale.
I need to put a stop to this mindset that I need to be doing things on a larger scale, and it isnt healthy for me.
I'd like to be me please. I'd like to share authentically and just enjoy myself meeting and learning to understand people. Id like to enjoy diagnosing clients' needs together with them. This is it. Bloody self, let me take my time to enjoy this la sey.
Ofcourse Im still gona share my journey online, but Im gona be sharing what I want to share, and how I want to share it - all while having self-respect and respect for others la ofcourse.
